RMA/DOA POLICY

Electroon , Electron Technology LLC , have following two categories under Warranty

1) DOA (Dead on Arrival)
2) RMA (Return Material Authorization)

DOA (Dead On Arrival):

Dead on Arrival (at time of installation) - All DOA products must be claimed within five days of receipt and returned to Electroon within 30 days of RMA issuance. Outside of 30 days, defective product will fall under warranty guidelines of RMA.

All the DOA will be replaced by New Items. Shipping expenses of DOA will be paid by Electroon . Do attach a proof of Purchase when sending the equipments back to Electroon . Incase of DOA make sure the seal is not broken and the equipment box has not been opened. Further in case of DOA items should not be marked at any cost. Electroon not offers any refunds or any sort of upgrades. If you re shipping the equipment/s just send the unit/s t o Electroo , no need for box, adapter or any accessories. DOA will only be processed if equipments are purchased from Electroon or any authorized distributor or reseller from them or via their agent otherwise customer will have to pay US$20 service charge to respective RMA centre.

RMA (Return Material Authorization):

RMA (Return Material Authorization) is applicable as per equipments from your date of purchase. We strongly urge that you contact our technical team before applying for RMA. RMA policy as per equipments (from date of purchase) is a follows:

a) Indoor Client Bridges/AP s: 365 days
b) Indoor Client Devices (USB s/PCI/PCMCIA) : 365 days
c) Outdoor Bridges / AP s : 180 days
d) LRCT Phones / Handsets: 180 days
e) WPBAX Base / Handsets: 180 days
f) Amplifiers: 30 days
g) Antennas : 15 days
h) Cables : 7 days
i) Splitters : 30 days
j) IP Cameras: 180 days

Serial Number not determines the warranty it s the proof of purchase which will determine your warranty. Incase of RMA make sure the seal is not broken and the equipment box has not been opened. If you re shipping the equipment/s just send the unit/s to Electroon, no need for box, adapter or any accessories. RMA will only be processed if equipments are purchased from Electroon or any authorized distributor or reseller from them or via their agent.

Turn Around time for RMA is nearly 7 working days but it may take long. Contact your local RMA centre for this purpose. Electroon not offers any upgrades or refunds. Products burnt via Lighting or any abuse will not be covered under RMA.

Incase product not falls under RMA category repair charges will apply. The decision is made by Electroon Technicians to cover RMA.

NDF (No Defect Found):

If equipment is found in working condition it will not be falling under DOA category and customer will have to pay for shipment and a US$20 for testing the equipments.

Electroon Reserves the right to change its RMA policy anytime without any notification.
