With netPower Lite 7R Switch you can forget about expensive GPON base stations and optical splitters. This switch is from Mikrotik's GPEN concept, which aims to combine the speed
and versatility of fiber optic networks with the benefits of Ethernet. It's an easy-to-implement, cost-effective way for any ISP to bring the Internet into each home.
With this switch, you don't have to worry about power issues because there are many options. netPower Lite 7R has 7 reverse PoE ports. Depending on your setup,
netPower can even source the power you need from a single client! The Ethernet port 8 can supply other PoE-enabled devices with the same voltage that is applied to the device.
There is also a DC jack and a 2-pin connector for alternative power supplies.
The outdoor housing allows this switch to be installed in all sorts of environments - from damp attics to elevator shafts and various poles with hose clamps. netPower Lite 7R has a non-blocking throughput of 28Gbit/s,
a switching capacity of 56Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 41.7 Mpps.
